Habs defeat Lightning in Game 5, extend series

<p>Pierre-Alexandre Parenteau scored the winner in the third period as the Montreal Canadiens beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 2-1 in Game 5 Saturday night to stay alive in their second-round series.</p><p>Devante Smith-Pelley also found the back of the net for the Canadiens, who still trail 3-2 in the series.</p><p>Steven Stamkos had the lone goal for Tampa Bay, which got 27 saves from Ben Bishop.</p><p>Carey Price made 23 saves for Montreal.</p><p>The Habs went 0 for 3 on the power play while the Lightning did not have any opportunities on the man advantage.</p><p>Game 6 goes Tuesday in Tampa, Fla.</p><p></p> © The Canadian Press, 2015 <br />
