NBTC secretary-general resigns

The secretary-general of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) Takorn Tanthasith yesterday tendered his resignation from the NBTC.He resignation letter was tendered to NBTC chairman Air Chief Marshal Tares Punnasri yesterday during the meeting of the NBTC’s  executive board.

His resignation from the secretary-general of the NBTC will take effect September 1 this year.

He said he has been in the post for a long time since January 2012 and now it is timely to step down to allow new generation of executives to do the job.
